In this unit, I had to search for one appetizer, one main course. and one dessert to convert their ingredients' Standard measurements to the Metric system measurements. By converting all of the recipes, I was able to practice my conversion skills that we learned in class. Below are my three recipes:
Appetizer: Cheesecake Factory Avocado Egg-Rolls
Main Course: Garlic Herb Mushroom Spaghetti
Dessert: Ultimate Chocolate Cookie 'n Oreo Fudge Brownie Bar with Hot Fudge Sauce
I used Pinterest to find all of my recipes and utilized the conversion website that Mrs. Frankenberg posted on her blog to convert all of my recipes.
