Background information: Eta Boötes belongs to the Boötes constellation. This star's mass is 1.7 times greater and its radius is 2.7 times greater than our sun. Boötes is a constellation in the northern sky and the name comes from Greek, meaning "herdsman" or "plowman." The constellations pattern of stars appear to look like a kite or an ice-cream cone.
